The AV1-OE is a 70-ton brawler, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65 km/h. Where the AV1-O carries twin Medium Pulse Lasers in the left arm, this configuration fields an ER PPC and an ER Medium Laser in that arm, and an Ultra AC/10 replaces the LB 10-X AC in the right arm. The pair of Medium Lasers in the center torso carries over unchanged. In place of the base configuration's LRM 10 and Machine Gun with Artemis IV fire-control system in each side torso, this configuration mounts a Guardian ECM suite with CASE in the left torso and a C3i computer with CASE in the right torso. It runs 16 double heat sinks against the base's 10. Luthien Armor Works builds the type at Luthien, with production also spread across several other sites.
