Recognition notes
The Avalanche AVL-1ON is a 50-ton sniper design, an alternate configuration of the same chassis that in its base form serves as a missile boat. Where that configuration mounts four ER medium lasers across the arms, this one carries a single ER PPC in the left arm and a Light AC/5 in the right arm. In place of the twin LRM 10 racks in the torsos, the AVL-1ON fits a Clan targeting computer in the left torso, with Inner Sphere CASE in the right torso. It cruises at 54 km/h and tops out near 86, with a jump range of 150 metres, and carries 10 Inner Sphere double heat sinks over an endo steel structure. Luthien Armor Works builds it at Luthien.
