Recognition notes

The Atlas II AS7-D-H (Devlin) is a 100-ton juggernaut, built on a 300 Clan XL fusion engine that leaves it cruising at only 32 km/h and topping out near 54. Twin ER Large Lasers fill the left arm, an LB 10-X AC rides the right arm, and a pair of Medium Pulse Lasers and an Anti-Missile System share the left torso. An MML 9 sits in the right torso, backed by an Inner Sphere Artemis IV fire-control system, and CASE II lines both the left and right torsos. An Angel ECM suite occupies the center torso, and the machine carries enhanced communications gear befitting its role as a command 'Mech. Both arms end in reinforced battle fists.
