Recognition Notes
The Arctic Fox AF1A is a 30-ton striker that closes to short range, cruising at 65 km/h and topping out near 97. Where the AF1 base configuration carries a Medium Laser in each arm, an ER PPC in the left torso, and twin SRM 4 racks in the torsos, this configuration replaces all of that with a Medium Pulse Laser in each arm and a Small Pulse Laser in the left torso and another in the head. The shift trades the base configuration's reach for a shorter-ranged, pulse-armed loadout. Like the AF1, it carries a fragile head, and it comes from Arc-Royal MechWorks' Arc-Royal plant.
