Anubis ABS-5Y

The Anubis ABS-5Y is a 30-ton missile boat that fights at long range, cruising at 76 km/h and topping out at 119 — slower than the 3063-vintage ABS-3L it descends from, a result of the lighter 210 XL fusion engine in place of the original's 240 XL. Where the ABS-3L carries a single ER Small Laser in the left arm and four LRM 5 racks split two apiece between the torsos, the ABS-5Y mounts a Light PPC in each arm and pares the missile battery down to one LRM 5 in the left torso and one in the right. The Guardian ECM suite in the center torso and the stealth armor carry over unchanged, and the design remains maintenance-intensive. Detroit Consolidated Mechworks builds this configuration at its Krimari plant.
