Annihilator ANH-3A

The Annihilator ANH-3A is a 100-ton juggernaut that lumbers along at a cruising 22 km/h and a top speed of 32, unchanged from the 2779 ANH-1X it descends from. Where that original mounted an LB 10-X AC, a Medium Laser, and a Small Pulse Laser in each arm, the ANH-3A replaces that trio with an ER Medium Laser and a pair of Light AC/2s in each arm, and repeats that same ER Medium Laser plus twin Light AC/2 grouping in the left torso and the right torso in place of the single LB 10-X AC each held before; the center torso's paired medium lasers and the head-mounted small laser are absent. CASE remains in the left torso, but the right torso trades its CASE for a targeting computer, and light ferro-fibrous armor replaces the standard plating of the ANH-1X while the heat-sink count rises from 10 to 12 double sinks. A compact fusion engine now drives the frame, and the type still carries its reputation as an easily-serviced design. Arc-Royal MechWorks builds the ANH-3A at its Arc-Royal facility.
