Watchman WTC-4MB "Belle"

The Watchman WTC-4MB "Belle" is a 40-ton scout, a 3144 rework of the 3055-vintage WTC-4M. Where the original mounted a Large Laser and a Machine Gun together in the left arm, this variant carries a single Large Re-engineered Laser there, and the Right Arm's Medium Laser gives way to an ER Medium Laser; a second ER Medium Laser sits in the Left Torso. A lighter Inner Sphere light fusion engine replaces the WTC-4M's standard fusion plant while cruising speed holds at 54 km/h and top speed at 86, though the type no longer carries the jump jets of the original. Inner Sphere ferro-fibrous armor replaces the WTC-4M's standard plating, and the twelve heat sinks are now Inner Sphere double units rather than single. The rugged, field-serviceable frame and easily-serviced design carry over, and Robinson Standard BattleWorks still builds it at Robinson.
