Verfolger VR6-C

The Verfolger VR6-C is a 65-ton skirmisher, a 3068 rework of the 3063 VR5-R that keeps the same 325 XL fusion engine and its 54 km/h cruising speed with a top speed near 86 km/h. Where the VR5-R paired a Medium Laser with an LB 10-X AC in the left torso, the VR6-C swaps both for an MML 9 and an ER Medium Laser, and it mounts a matching MML 9 and ER Medium Laser in the right torso in place of the earlier single Medium Laser there. The Medium Laser in the center torso is likewise replaced by an ER Medium Laser, and the Anti-Missile System in the head is dropped. The ER PPC in the right arm carries over unchanged, and CASE now lines both the left torso and the right torso rather than the right torso alone. The type still shows its hyper-extending arm actuators and remains a maintenance-intensive design, and beyond Arc-Royal MechWorks production at Arc-Royal, examples also come through field refit at various sites.
