The Vandal LI-OB is a 65-ton skirmisher, cruising at 54 km/h and topping out at 86. Where the LI-O base configuration carries a Large VSP Laser in the left arm, this configuration mounts a Snub-Nose PPC and TAG in that arm instead, trading the base's Rotary AC/5 and ER Small Laser in the right arm for an ER Flamer and a Medium Vibroblade. An MML 5 sits in the right torso, a weapon absent from the base loadout. Both configurations share the same 325 XL fusion engine, endo steel structure, and standard armor. StarCorps Industries builds the type at St. Ives.
