Toyama TYM-1C

The Toyama TYM-1C is a 75-ton missile boat that fights at long range, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. Where the TYM-1A of 3057 carried an LB 10-X AC, twin ER large lasers, and three medium lasers, this 3072 rework strips that battery down to a Gauss rifle in the left arm and a pair of Medium VSP Lasers in the right arm, while the LRM 20 in the right torso carries over unchanged. The Guardian ECM suite of the original is gone, replaced by a C3i computer in the left torso and an Artemis IV fire-control system with CASE in the right torso, and the heat-sink count falls from 14 to 12 double sinks. The chassis keeps its 300 XL fusion engine, endo steel structure, and standard armor plating, and is built by Gibson Federated BattleMechs, a division of Free Worlds Defense Industries, at its Gibson works.
