Thorn THE-N1

The Thorn THE-N1 rebuilds the chassis into a 20-ton sniper that fights at long range, where the THE-F fought close-in as a striker. In place of the medium laser and LRM 5 in the arms, it carries a single ER PPC in the right arm, and the head-mounted medium laser gives way to a small laser. An endo steel structure and a 120 XL fusion engine replace the THE-F's standard structure and standard fusion engine, holding cruising speed at 65 km/h and top speed at 97. Ten double heat sinks replace the ten single heat sinks of the original, and the type keeps its easily-serviced design. Ford Military Limited builds it at Terra.
