The Thor (Summoner) Z is a 70-ton heavy that trades the Prime configuration's long-range fit for close-in firepower, still riding the same 350 XL fusion engine and cruising at 54 km/h with a top speed near 86. Where the Prime carries an LB 10-X AC in the left arm, this configuration packs eight AP Gauss Rifles into that same limb, and the right arm swaps the ER PPC for an ER Large Pulse Laser. In the left torso an Improved ATM 12 stands in for the Prime's LRM 15. A Nova combined electronic-warfare system sits in the center torso, absent from the Prime's loadout, and the type retains its enhanced communications gear and 150-metre jump capability. Eagle Craft Group produces it at Ironhold, among other sites.
