The Sunder SD1-OD is a 90-ton brawler that cruises at 43 km/h and tops out near 65, with a jump capability of 90 metres not found on the SD1-O base configuration. Where the base configuration mounts an AC/20 in the left arm and a Large Laser in the right, this configuration carries an LB 20-X AC in the left torso and a PPC in the right arm. The twin Medium Lasers and the pair of SRM 4 racks in the center torso and head are absent from this loadout, leaving the LB 20-X AC and PPC as its sole armament. Luthien Armor Works builds it at its OmniMech Production Facility on Luthien, with additional production by StarCorps Industries.
