Shugenja SJA-8H

The SJA-8H is a 75-ton brawler, a 3069 rebuild of the 3061 SJA-7D, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. In place of the twin large lasers in the right arm, it carries a pair of Light PPCs, while the ER PPC in the left arm and the MRM 30 in the left torso carry over from the earlier machine. The light fusion engine replaces the base model's XL fusion engine, and endo steel structure replaces the standard internal frame, though the heat-sink count falls from 15 to 11 double sinks. CASE now lines the left torso, a Guardian ECM suite sits in the center torso, an anti-personnel pod sits in the right leg, and Anti-BattleArmor Pods occupy the left leg. The C3 Computer (Master) in the right torso carries over from the SJA-7D, and standard armor replaces the base model's ferro-fibrous plating. The type retains its reinforced head cowl and hyper-extending arm actuators, and Independence Weaponry builds it at Quentin.
