Shadow Cat A

The Shadow Cat A is a 45-ton medium that fights at medium-to-long range, cruising at 65 km/h and topping out at 97, with a MASC-boosted sprint of 130 km/h under that system's engagement; a single jump carries it 180 metres. Where the Prime configuration mounts a Gauss rifle in the right arm with an ER medium laser in each of the left arm and right torso, this configuration fields a pair of ER Large Lasers, one in each arm, and a Streak SRM 6 in the right torso. Its heat-sink count rises to 13 double sinks from the Prime's 10. The active probe in the left torso and the MASC in the center torso carry over, and the type keeps its low, hard-to-target silhouette. Barcella Beta builds the type at its Barcella works, with Clan Protectorate Arms producing it at other sites as well.
