Recognition notes
The Seraph C-SRP-OS Caelestis is an 85-ton assault fielded as a sniper. It mounts a Streak LRM 10 in each arm and a third in the right torso, two Medium Pulse Lasers in the left torso, and a Large Pulse Laser in the center torso with a second in the head. Cruising speed is only 32 km/h and top speed 54, slow for its weight class, with a boosted cruising speed of 54 km/h under combat heat; a jump carries it 90 metres. A C3i computer occupies the left torso, and the machine carries enhanced communications gear. Gibson Federated BattleMechs builds it at Gibson, with production also at Terra.
