Recognition notes
The Rommel Tank Howitzer Prototype is a 65-ton tracked combat vehicle built as a brawler, cruising at 43 km/h with a top speed near 65. It swaps the base Rommel's turreted Autocannon/20 and LRM 5 for a Long Tom Cannon and a Thunderbolt 5 sharing the turret, and replaces the single front Small Laser with a pair of ER Medium Lasers on the hull front. The hull runs an XL engine in place of the standard fusion plant and wears Heavy Ferro-Fibrous armor over the Standard plate of the original. It keeps the low, hard-to-target silhouette of the base model. Defiance Manufacturing Annex builds this prototype at Kwangjong-ni.
