Recognition notes

The Rokurokubi RK-4K is a 35-ton striker built around a 245 XL fusion engine, cruising at 76 km/h and topping out near 119. It mounts a single ER PPC in the left arm and carries a sword in the right, pairing ranged fire with a melee blade. Hardened armor plating covers the frame, backed by ten double heat sinks and an endo steel skeleton. Luthien Armor Works builds the type at its Kaznejoy and Luthien facilities.
