Qasar D

The Qasar D is an 80-ton fighter flown as a fast dogfighter, an alternate configuration of the same airframe. Where the base configuration mounts a single Ultra AC/20 in the nose, this configuration carries a pair of ATM 9 launchers there instead. The wing batteries shrink from four ER medium lasers per side to three Improved Heavy Medium Lasers per wing, split evenly between the right wing and left wing. CASE appears in the right wing and left wing alongside the fuselage mounting, where the base configuration carries CASE only in the fuselage, and heat sink count rises to twenty-seven double heat sinks under standard armor.
