Porcupine PRC-3N

The Porcupine PRC-3N is a 20-ton striker that closes to grapple and claw rather than trade fire at range, cruising at 97 km/h and topping out near 151. Where the PRC-1N of 3063 carried four medium lasers across both arms and torsos, this 3132 rebuild strips all four out and mounts only a Laser AMS in the left torso in their place. A 180 XXL fusion engine replaces the base model's XL unit, and standard internal structure and impact-resistant armor take over from the endo steel frame and ferro-fibrous plating of the original, with the heat-sink count of 10 shifting from single to double. The Spikes in both arms, both torsos, and the head carry over from the PRC-1N. Innovative Design Concepts builds it on Solaris VII.
