Poignard PGD-R3

The Poignard PGD-R3 is a 35-ton fighter flown as a fast dogfighter, fighting in close where its short-ranged battery hits hardest. Where the PGD-Y3 carries a single Small Pulse Laser in the nose and a pair of ER Medium Lasers in each wing, the PGD-R3 adds a second Small Pulse Laser and an ER Medium Laser to the nose, and drops one ER Medium Laser from each wing in favor of two more Small Pulse Lasers there. The result spreads nine weapons evenly across the nose, right wing, and left wing, each mounting an ER Medium Laser and two Small Pulse Lasers. Thirteen double heat sinks cool the type, up from eleven on the PGD-Y3, and it keeps the Heavy Ferro-Aluminum armor of the earlier fighter. Kallon Weapon Industries builds it at Loyalty.
