Pillager PLG-4X "Anvil"

The Pillager PLG-4X "Anvil" rebuilds the 100-ton assault for long-range bombardment, where the PLG-1N of 2575 was a close-in juggernaut. In place of the paired AC/20s in the torsos it carries a Long Tom Cannon in each torso, and the medium lasers and SRM 4 are replaced by a Laser AMS in the head, backed by a coolant pod in the center torso. The 300 light fusion engine takes the place of the original's 300 fusion engine while holding the same cruising speed of 32 km/h and top speed of 54 km/h, though the Anvil gives up the PLG-1N's 60-meter jump capability. Heat sinks fall from 16 single to 14 double, and the reinforced battle fists on both arms carry over from the PLG-1N. HildCo Interplanetary builds the type at St. Ives.
