Osprey OSP-26

The Osprey OSP-26 is a 55-ton skirmisher, a 3076 rebuild of the 2738 OSP-15 sniper configuration. It cruises at 43 km/h and tops out near 65, with a jump range of 120 metres. In place of the three Medium Lasers, it mounts an ER Medium Laser and an ER Small Laser in the left arm and a single ER Medium Laser in the right arm. An MML 7 sits in the left torso in place of the LRM 10, and a Gauss Rifle occupies the right torso. CASE lines the left torso only, where the OSP-15 carried it in both torso sections, and a Beagle active probe sits in the right arm. Both configurations carry minimal, weapon-pod arms without hands. Achernar Battlemechs builds the design at Achernar, with production also underway at other sites.
