O-Bakemono OBK-M12

The OBK-M12 is an 80-ton juggernaut that fights close in, a 3070 field refit of the 3058 O-Bakemono missile boat. Where the OBK-M10 fires a pair of Arrow IV launchers from the torsos, this configuration mounts an MRM 40 in each arm, backed by the same twin medium lasers and small laser in the center torso and head. A C3 Computer (Master) sits in the right torso alongside CASE, with a second CASE installation in the left torso. The heavier 320 XL fusion engine gives way to a 240 fusion engine, dropping cruising speed from 43 to 32 km/h and top speed from 65 to 54, while the heat-sink count rises from 10 to 12 double sinks. The arms are stripped down to minimal weapon pods without hands, a visible departure from the base model's armless hull, and the type is turned out as a field refit at various sites rather than a single production line.
