Recognition notes
The Night Hawk NTK-2S is a 35-ton striker, a 3059 rework of the 2656 original, cruising at 65 km/h and topping out near 97. It drops the Medium Pulse Laser from the left arm, leaving the ER Large Laser in the right arm and the Large Laser in the center torso as its armament. In place of that arm weapon the left torso now carries a Guardian ECM suite and a Beagle active probe, and the heat-sink count falls from 12 to 11 double sinks. Like its predecessor it remains known as an easily-serviced design, built by Mountain Wolf BattleMechs at Vendrell.
