Nexus NXS1-C

The NXS1-C is a 25-ton striker that fights close in, cruising at 76 km/h and reaching 119 with a 120-metre jump. Where the NXS1-A carries a Medium Pulse Laser and a Small Laser in each arm, this configuration swaps in a Medium Re-engineered Laser and Small X-Pulse Laser on the left side and a Medium Laser and Small X-Pulse Laser on the right, alongside a Medium Laser held over on the left arm. The Anti-Missile System in the left torso remains, now backed by CASE in that same location. A 175 light fusion engine replaces the standard fusion plant of the NXS1-A, and light ferro-fibrous armor replaces the earlier ferro-fibrous plating. Skobel MechWorks now builds the type at Caph rather than Terra.
