Morgenstern MR-1SD

The Morgenstern MR-1SD is a 70-ton fighter built for the fire-support role. Where the base configuration mounts a pair of ER Large Lasers in the nose, this configuration carries a single ER Large Laser alongside an ER Medium Laser there, with an MML 7 rounding out the nose behind its own Artemis IV FCS. The second MML 7 that the base carries in the nose instead splits across the wings, an MML 7 in the right wing and another in the left wing, each fed by its own Artemis IV FCS. The aft arc gains a Small Laser and a rear-mounted targeting computer alongside the ER Medium Laser that arms the base configuration's tail, and the type runs on eleven double heat sinks against the base configuration's seventeen.
