The Moltke MBT M3 is a 75-ton tracked combat vehicle fielded as a sniper, cruising at 43 km/h with a top speed near 65. Its turret drops the M1's paired Light Gauss Rifles and ER Large Laser for a pair of LB 10-X AC guns, a Plasma Rifle, and a TAG unit, all mounted in the turret. The crew rides behind the same Heavy Ferro-Fibrous armor and XL engine as the M1, but the shift trades reach for a mixed close and stand-off battery with target-designation support. Brooks Incorporated builds the type at Andurien.
