The Mad Cat Mk IV (Savage Wolf) B is a 75-ton heavy skirmisher fielded alongside the Prime configuration on the same 375 XXL fusion engine, cruising at 54 km/h and topping out at 86. Where the Prime mounts twin ER PPCs in the arms, this configuration carries a single Improved Heavy Large Laser in the left arm. In place of the Prime's four Streak SRM 6 launchers split across the torsos, it fields a HAG/30 in the right torso and an ATM 9 in the left torso. Heat-sink count falls from the Prime's 17 double heat sinks to 15 double here. Both configurations share ferro-lamellor armor and the stable firing platform, and both are built at Manufacturing Plant SFF-TU1 on Tukayyid.
