Kingfisher A

The Kingfisher A is a 90-ton brawler, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. Where the Prime configuration carries a Streak SRM 6 and an ER Small Laser in the left arm, this configuration fields an ER Medium Laser and a Medium Pulse Laser there, and in place of the Prime's Large Pulse Laser in the right arm it mounts an LB 10-X AC. The left torso holds an SRM 6 in place of the Prime's LRM 10 and Medium Pulse Laser, the right torso carries an ER Small Laser rather than a Medium Pulse Laser, and the center torso mounts an ER PPC where the Prime carries a Large Pulse Laser. It keeps the rugged, field-serviceable frame common to the chassis. Strana Mechty 'Mech Production Facility Beta builds it, with production also under way at other sites.
