Jengiz D

The Jengiz D is an 80-ton fighter flown in the attack role, an alternate configuration of the Jengiz Prime. Where the Prime's nose carries an LB 10-X AC, an ER PPC, a Medium Pulse Laser, and an ER Small Laser, the D mounts a pair of Heavy Large Lasers and an LRM 20 in the same nose position, with an Artemis IV FCS fitted there as well. Each wing trades the Prime's Large Pulse Laser, Medium Pulse Laser, and SRM 6 for an ER Large Laser, an ER Medium Laser, and a Streak SRM 6. The aft mount swaps the Prime's Medium Pulse Laser for an ER Small Laser, and the rear-mounted ECM suite of the Prime is absent, though the CASE in the fuselage carries over. Twenty-nine double heat sinks cool the D, up from the Prime's twenty, and both configurations share the same ferro-aluminum armor. Bear's Den builds the type at Strana Mechty in the Bear Enclave.
