Initiate INI-04

The Initiate INI-04 reworks the chassis as a 40-ton sniper, where the INI-02 fought as a brawler in 3058. In place of the Medium Laser in the left arm it carries a Light PPC, and the right arm's ER Small Laser gives way to a Small Pulse Laser. The scattered LRM 15, Anti-Missile System, and SRM 6 of the original are consolidated into a single MML 7 in the center torso. A light fusion engine replaces the standard fusion plant while holding cruising speed at 43 km/h and top speed near 65, and the heat-sink count drops from 11 to 10 double sinks. The hyper-extending arm actuators carry over, and Martinson Armaments builds the type at Terra and at its Caph plant.
