Recognition Notes

The Hyena HYN-KTO is a 55-ton brawler that fights close in, cruising at 54 km/h and topping out at 86. Its offensive punch is limited to a single medium laser in the center torso, with the bulk of its systems given over to fieldwork: a salvage arm in the right arm, a rear-mounted lift hoist in the left torso, and a matching rear-mounted lift hoist and cargo bay in the right torso. Ferro-fibrous armor and ten single heat sinks round out the frame, which presents as a rugged, field-serviceable machine. VEST builds it on Solaris VII.
