Hachiwara HCA-4U

The Hachiwara HCA-4U is a 70-ton skirmisher that swaps the HCA-3T's Ultra AC/10 for an Ultra AC/20 in the left arm. It keeps the 350 XL fusion engine, cruising at 54 km/h and topping out at 86 km/h, with a sprint speed of 108 km/h when the supercharger is engaged. Where the HCA-3T split its four M-Pods among the left torso, right torso, and a pair in the center torso, the HCA-4U carries two M-Pods in each side torso alongside an ER Medium Laser, leaving the center torso clear. The supercharger itself relocates from the right torso to the left torso, sharing that bay with the CASE installation. A large vibroblade is fitted to the right arm, and the design is noted as maintenance-intensive. Silver Wyrm, Ltd. builds it on Solaris VII.
