Galahad GLH-3D

The GLH-3D is a 60-ton sniper, a rebuild of the 50-ton GLH-1D juggernaut that traded its close-in energy battery for reach. Where the GLH-1D carried a PPC and a Large Laser in each arm, the GLH-3D fields a single Light Gauss Rifle in the left arm and another in the right, and a 240 light fusion engine lifts cruising speed from 32 to 43 km/h and top speed from 54 to 65. A C3i computer sits in the left torso and a Guardian ECM suite in the right, and ferro-fibrous armor over an endo steel structure replaces the GLH-1D's standard plating. The type remains a maintenance-intensive design, and Defiance Industries builds it at Hesperus II.
