Eisenfaust EFT-8X

The Eisenfaust EFT-8X is a 45-ton brawler that closes to short range, a 3080 rebuild of the 2471 EFT-2 juggernaut. A 180 XL fusion engine replaces the original's 110 fusion engine, lifting cruising speed from 22 km/h to 43 km/h and top speed from 32 km/h to 65 km/h, and standard armor replaces the primitive plating of the EFT-2. Where the EFT-2 carried a Large Laser in the left arm, the EFT-8X mounts a Medium VSP Laser and an ER Small Laser there, and a Binary Laser (Blazer) Cannon in the right torso replaces the AC/10. The twin Medium Lasers in the center torso are swapped for twin Medium Pulse Lasers, and the heat-sink fit grows from 10 single to 15 double. Both arms carry reinforced battle fists, and the chassis is built as an easily-serviced design. Defiance Industries builds it at Hesperus II, with additional production at StarCorps Industries' Loburg line.
