Recognition Notes

The DI Morgan Assault Tank (Gauss) is a 100-ton tracked combat vehicle fought as a sniper, replacing the base model's three turret-mounted ER PPCs with three Gauss Rifles in the same turret. The paired Machine Guns in the front carry over unchanged. A targeting computer sits in the hull alongside a C3 Slave Unit, neither present on the original. Cruising speed falls from 32 to 22 km/h and top speed from 54 to 32 km/h, and the crew still rides behind Heavy Ferro-Fibrous armor. Defiance Industries builds the type at Hesperus II.
