Dagger DARO-1D

The Dagger DARO-1D is a 45-ton fighter flown as a fast dogfighter, and stands as an alternate configuration alongside the DARO-1 base configuration. Where the base configuration mounts a Rotary AC/5 in the nose, this configuration carries an ER medium laser and two medium pulse lasers there, and a Beagle active probe sits in the nose as well. In place of the paired ER medium lasers in each wing on the base configuration, this configuration carries two medium pulse lasers in the right wing and two medium pulse lasers in the left wing. A rear-mounted Guardian ECM suite sits in the aft, and the type carries 12 double heat sinks against the base configuration's 11, in Ferro-Aluminum armor. Johnston Industries builds it at Addicks.
