Cudgel CDG-2B

The Cudgel CDG-2B is an 80-ton juggernaut that fights close-in, cruising at 54 km/h and topping out at 86 km/h; under combat heat its Triple-Strength Myomer pushes cruising speed to 76 km/h. Where the CDG-1B mounted an SRM 6, twin Small Pulse Lasers, and a bank of machine guns spread across both torsos, the CDG-2B carries five ER Medium Lasers - one in the left torso, three in the right torso, and one in the center torso - alongside a Streak SRM 6 in the left torso. The right arm now carries a claw in place of the torso-mounted MASC, while the left arm keeps its mace. Standard internal structure and light ferro-fibrous armor replace the CDG-1B's endo steel frame and standard plating, and the heat-sink count drops from 14 double to 10 double. It remains a maintenance-intensive design. Innovative Design Concepts builds it on Solaris VII.
