Bruin 2

The Bruin 2 is an 80-ton assault that reworks the original Bruin's arm batteries entirely. Where the 3081 Bruin carried a Gauss Rifle and ER Medium Laser in the right arm alongside a Large Pulse Laser and ER Medium Laser in the left, the Bruin 2 fits a matching Large Pulse Laser and Ultra AC/5 into each arm. The Streak SRM 4 racks in both torsos give way to a Machine Gun apiece, and the LRM 10 in the center torso is replaced by an SRM 2. Heat-sink count falls from 14 to 13 double sinks, while the 320 XL fusion engine, standard armor, and the rugged, field-serviceable frame carry over unchanged. Cruising speed holds at 43 km/h with a top speed near 65 and a 120-meter jump, and Bergan Industries C-Division builds it at its Alshain plant.
