The Blizzard Hover Transport "Black Blizzard" is a 25-ton hover combat vehicle fielded as a striker, where the base Blizzard serves as a scout. In place of the single LRM 5 in the turret, the turret on this configuration carries two SRM 4 launchers and two Machine Guns, trading the base model's 6-ton infantry compartment for close-in firepower. Armor changes from Standard to Ferro-Fibrous, and a Guardian ECM suite is fitted in the hull. Cruising speed of 97 km/h and top speed of 151 km/h carry over from the base model. Kressly Warworks builds the type at Epsilon Eridani.
