The Beagle Hover Scout (LRRP) is a 15-ton hover combat vehicle in the scout role. Where the base Beagle Hover Scout carries a Small Laser at the front and mounts a Medium Laser with the Beagle active probe in its turret, this variant drops the turret entirely, moving the Beagle active probe into the hull alongside a new supercharger, and replaces the front Small Laser with a Flamer. A vehicular mine dispenser sits at the rear. Cruising speed falls from 130 to 97 km/h, with top speed down from 194 to 151. The hull carries enhanced communications gear behind ferro-fibrous armor, and the type is listed as obsolete by 2767. Numall Armored Vehicles builds it at New Earth.
