Atlas III AS7-D3

The Atlas III AS7-D3 is a 100-ton juggernaut, a 3137 rework of the 3110 AS7-D2 that keeps the same 300 Inner Sphere fusion engine and cruises at 32 km/h with a top speed of 54. In place of the HAG/30 the right arm carries a Rotary AC/2, and the left torso gains a pair of Medium X-Pulse Lasers alongside the Streak SRM 6, joining the pair already mounted in the left arm. The Streak LRM 20 in the right torso carries over from the AS7-D2. A radical heat-sink system now sits in the left torso where the targeting computer once was, and small shields are fitted to both the left and right arms. It remains a command 'Mech with a jettisonable arm weapon, and CASE II still protects both torsos with the Angel ECM suite in the center torso. General Motors builds it at El Dorado, with additional production at Robinson.
